Studio Policies

Move · Connect · Feel at Home

This is our mantra and the spirit of our studio. A space to move with intention, connect to yourself and others, and feel truly at home. Whether you’re brand new or a longtime practitioner, you are welcome here. We offer in-studio classes led by a diverse group of teachers, many of whom are part of our local neighborhood community.

Our Shared Agreements
To protect the experience we’re creating together:

  • Arrive on time: ideally 10 minutes before the start of class. Classes begin promptly, and the doors close at the start of class. Late entry is only permitted in exceptional circumstances.

  • Shoe-free studio. Please leave shoes at the entrance.

  • Quiet practice spaces. Silence all phones and devices before entering the studio. Step outside for calls or messages.

  • Fragrance-aware space. Please avoid heavy scents.

  • No food or gum in the studio rooms.

  • Move mindfully. Enter, exit, and set up your mat quietly.

  • Please clean any borrowed mats and leave your space tidy.

  • Payment is required before class begins.

  • Last-minute drop-ins are welcome up to 5 minutes before class begins, if space allows.

  • There’s no receptionist in the early morning (6:15–7:00 AM), so please arrive on time to make sure you can enter.

What’s Here for You:
