Join us at Cocoon for an American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification training, designed to give you the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on skills to respond to emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. This practical, instructor-led training covers essential first aid, CPR, AED use, choking response, and other common emergency situations. You’ll have the opportunity to practice essential skills and learn how to recognize an emergency and take appropriate action until professional help arrives. You’ll learn how to: Respond to common first aid emergencies Recognize life-threatening situations Perform CPR on adults, children, and infants Use an AED Respond to choking emergencies Provide care for serious bleeding and other injuries Respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies Understand important differences when providing care to adults, children, and infants Certification: American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification valid for: 2 years Format: In-person, hands-on training Location: Cocoon Studio, Brooklyn Instructor: Raymond Zimlin, Firefighter & Red Cross certified instructor Length: 3-4 hours
